Must have 7-10 years of progressive human resources experience out of a union manufacturing environment
Must have in-depth knowledge of a wide range of labor management relations and/or employee relations issues, such as administration of labor agreement, negotiation strategies, labor-management cooperation initiatives, etc.
Bachelor's degree required (HR or related)
PHR/SPHR highly preferred
