I am currently engaged in a search with a Youngstown Company that is in need of an Maintenance Supervisor for there 2nd shift operations. Very strong and growing steel company extensive forging capabilities for numerous applications from automotive to fasteners. This positions is an hands on position that will be involved managing 2-3 union hourly employees.

 
Responsibilities

Managing 2-3 hourly union maintenance employees
All machines and equipment 4-hot-forming presses, 5-inspection lines, spherodizing annealing furance, cold roll forming machines
Overseeing preventative maintenance and repair , including overhauls
Typical building maintenance and repair.

 
Experience / Skills

Associates degree in Electrical Technology (PLC's)
Must of Supervised in union environment
Strong Leadership
3 years experience Maintenance Supervisor
